1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at maddogsllc.com (the "Site") and the pet sitting, dog walking, drop-in, and overnight care services (the "Services") provided by Mad Dogs LLC ("Mad Dogs," "we," "us," or "our"), serving Windsor, Greeley, Loveland, Fort Collins, and surrounding areas in Northern Colorado. By accessing the Site, booking a Service, or communicating with us by phone, text message, or email, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

2. Services

Mad Dogs provides in-home pet care including dog walks (30, 45, and 60 minutes), 15-minute drop-in visits, and 12-hour overnight stays, along with care for other household pets by arrangement — fish, hamsters, guinea pigs, chickens, horses, birds, reptiles, and more. All new clients begin with a free meet & greet before Services are scheduled. Service descriptions and current pricing are listed on the Site and are subject to change at any time. Prices cover up to two pets; a $5 fee applies for each additional pet, and holiday surcharges apply on designated holidays as posted on the Site.

3. Booking, Cancellations & Payment

• Booking. Services may be requested by phone, text, or email. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm availability.
• Cancellations. Cancellations made with 48 hours or less notice are charged at the full price of the scheduled Service.
• Payment. Payment is due as invoiced. Rates are subject to change at any time; we will honor the rate quoted at the time of booking for that booking.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your pets, including health conditions, behavioral issues, feeding instructions, medications, and veterinary contact information. You agree to ensure that your pets are current on vaccinations as required by Colorado law, to provide safe and secure access to your home, and to notify us of anyone else who may be present at the property during scheduled visits.

5. Pet Health & Emergencies

If your pet becomes ill or injured while in our care, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and your designated emergency contact. If we cannot reach you, you authorize us to seek veterinary care on your behalf, and you agree to be responsible for all associated veterinary costs. Mad Dogs is fully insured and pet CPR & first aid certified; however, we are not veterinarians and do not provide veterinary services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mad Dogs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Services or the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mad Dogs LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
